Biotea-2-Bioschemas test dataset
Biotea is contributing to Bioschemas by mapping its scholarly publication and annotation model to schema.org. Such mapping is currently a draft proposal to Bioschemas, more information can be found at the Biotea-2-Bioschemas group page.
Here we present a test dataset containing 2596 PubMed Central Open Access publications with annotations obtained via NCBO Annotator. Annotations have also been published in PubAnnotation. Articles, NCBO annotations and PubAnnotation annotations have beed deposited in Zenodo.
